It’s great that a company listens to what its customers like and dislike and take action to improve. I left a review through shop but wasn’t able to add photos so I’ve done a second one here.
Love this new style. The feel in your hand is good if holding while charging. The longer retractable cord is perfect although I thought both cords were retractable - only the usb c is not the lightning.
Being able to detach from the top power section is fantastic, one thing missing that the old one had was the small plastic pull out tab to be able to rest your phone on, not a huge loss.
The other thing missing is a regular usb a port, i do miss that.
Customer service from Snap has been exceptional every time ive needed to contact them. A real person and always helpful.
I had 2 of the prior versions of this travel power bank and loved them but after 3 years of lots of travel and use it was time to upgrade. Love how the 'wall charge' part of this power bank can be removed making it a little bit lighter to carry around. The retractable cord is an absolute bonus particularly when traveling as a family as it facilitates multiple charge and 'use' at the same time. The only thing I miss is a USB port because I still have a few items (particularly charge cords for heater socks and batteries for heater gloves) that need USB ports. Love the new colour options too.
First short trip using PowerAck Universal 2 was very successful.
Full day out taking lots of photo, my iPhone and Apple Watch batteries were getting low. Used the MagSafe to charge my iPhone and connected a cable to one USB port to charge my watch. I also used the D clip so everything was tethered to my lanyard.
I recharged my iPad with the lightning cable. Overnight I disconnected the power adapter. With the adapter in a wall socket, connected it to the PowerBank using the USB C cable, connected my AirPod case to the lightening cable and placed my iPhone on the MagSafe.
Now when travelling, all I will be taking is PowerPack Univeral 2 plus an Apple Watch MagSafe charger.
Nothing else required.

I bought this just before leaving to the UK/EU & my goodness what a life saver it has been. The adaptable plugs and the sort of modular way that you can use it has been the best power bank/charging system I have ever used. Very versatile and easy to use. The 10,000 mAh battery lasts forever and can get a full 3/4 charging cycles in over 2 devices. Only thing to note is it gets a little hot to the touch but nothing to worry about, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
