Compatibility
The PowerPack Mini is compatible with a wide range of devices including any Qi wireless compatible device and any USB-C charging device.

SnapMag Compatibility
The PowerPack Mini is compatible with our range of SnapMag cases and SnapMag rings for precise snap on magnetic alignment.

MagSafe Compatibility
PowerPack Mini is MagSafe compatible and will magnetically attach without additional cases or magnetic rings on MagSafe compatible devices. Currently iPhone 12 and newer.

USB-C/PD Compatibility
The PowerPack Mini can charge fast charge all compatible USB-C PD devices. Simply plug in a USB C-C or USB C-A cable and plug into your smart device and charging will begin.

Qi Wireless Compatibility
The PowerPack Mini can charge any Qi wireless device. This includes any iPhone 8 or later, Samsung Galaxy S6 or later, Google Pixel 4 or later and other Qi enabled devices.

It is also compatible with AirPods 2 (wireless charging case) and AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds and Pixel Buds.

Does it really charge 50% in 30 minutes?

PD, also known as power delivery, has the ability to charge devices more than 2.5x faster than a standard charger. It will allow for rapid recharge speed up to 3x faster. Power your iPhone 11 from 0% to 50% in just 30 minutes using the USB C output at the bottom of the PowerPack Mini. This charging speed is only true for PD, not Qi wireless.

Does it support the new iPhone's with MagSafe?
Yes, the PowerPack Mini is MagSafe compatible and can be used with the iPhone's 12, 13, 14 and 15 range. Without a phone case, it will magnetically attach and charge wirelessly.

Will the PowerPack Mini work with a phone case?
We suggest using our SnapMag cases so it will attach magnetically as our cases have a built in SnapMag ring. If you are using your own case, ensure it is less than 5mm thick and you are using the included SnapMag Ring on the outside of your phone case (please note nothing can be placed in between your phone and case).

Will it charge my iPhone 11 or older iPhone model?
The PowerPack Mini can charge iPhone 11 both with Qi wireless and a USB C to lightning cable. However for the magnetic connection to work, you must either use the included SnapMag Ring or one of our SnapMag cases or a compatible MagSafe case.

Will the PowerPack Mini charge my Google Pixel or Samsung Galaxy device?
Yes, the PowerPack Mini is capable of charging a wide range of devices including the latest Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy devices and any other devices that are enabled with Qi Wireless. You can attach the SnapMag ring that's included or use any USB C cable.

How many chargers will I get out of the PowerPack Mini?PowerPack mini offers 2x most MagSafe power banks at 5,000mAh capacity. Give your iPhone 12 mini - 1.24 charges, iPhone 12 - 0.95 charges, iPhone 12 Pro - 0.97 charges, iPhone 12 Pro Max - 0.75 charges.

Is the PowerPack Mini travel safe for airplanes?
Yes, the PowerPack Mini is totally safe for carry-on bags and does not exceed the limit allowed.
