60 Day Returns Policy

At SnapWireless we design and create our range of charging products to be simple to use and multi-functional. However we understand that purchasing online can always come with some difficulties, so we offer a straightforward 60-day returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


Whether you’ve changed your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind. As long as the product(s) meet the conditions set out below in this policy, we can help process a return quickly and smoothly for you.


Returns Criteria:


Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original and resalable condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product’s original packaging should be intact and unaltered.


Time Frame: You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.


Purchase Verification: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SnapWireless’s online store. For items bought from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.


Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without verification may be declined.


Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered by SnapWireless. For your convenience, we are able to offer prepaid return shipping labels for customers if requested at a flat rate of $9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.


Refund Process:

Processing Time: We aim to process your return within 10-15 business days of receiving it, but this may vary during peak period times. Refunds cover the cost of the product only and do not include shipping fees.


Discretionary Returns:

  • For items opened and used, returns may still be considered at our sole discretion. A restocking fee of 30% applies to these returns if accepted, to account for repackaging and restocking expenses.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. If an item appears used or cannot be restocked, we will contact you regarding your ineligible refund, exchange, or store credit request.
