I have an order enquiry/Where is my order? Can I cancel my order?

How can I get an invoice?
Please check your emails after you place your order. You should have an option to download your invoice as a PDF. Please contact us if you do not see this option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also offer ‘buy now pay later’ payment gateways through Clearpay and Laybuy.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
You may enter a valid coupon code during the checkout process. Please make sure you have entered your details and are in the checkout stage where you need to enter payment details. On the side you should see a box where you can enter in discount codes.
